Terms.
Who we are
This site is run by BERRYBOYSUK LTD, trading as Berry Boys. We are registered in England and Wales (company no. 16711836), registered office c/o NHM Accounts, 2 Kingfisher Business Park, Arthur Street, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 8LG. Questions about these terms? Email finn@berryboys.co.uk.
Using this site
Browse and use the site for your own personal use. Do not misuse it, which means no trying to break it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We keep the information here as accurate and up to date as we can, but we cannot promise it is always complete, current, or available.
Menu, prices and allergens
Menu items, prices, and availability vary by store and can change without notice. The site is a guide, not an offer. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check with the team in store before you order. Our bowls and smoothies are prepared in areas where allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee any item is completely free from a given allergen.
Catering enquiries and the waitlist
Sending a catering enquiry or joining the store-opening waitlist does not create a binding order. For catering, we confirm the scope and a price in a separate quote, and nothing is booked until we both agree. The waitlist simply means we will email you about new openings, and you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
Ordering and delivery
You can order in store or, where available, through Deliveroo. Deliveroo orders are handled by Deliveroo and are subject to their terms, not ours.
Intellectual property
The Berry Boys name, logo, brand, written content, photography, and the code behind this site belong to us or are used under licence. Please do not copy, reuse, or republish any of it without our permission.
Links to other sites
We link out to places like Deliveroo, Instagram, and Google Maps. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under law. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of this site.
Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy notice.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when we last did. These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
